The building at Krišjāņa Barona Street 30 was built in 1907 by the design and project of architect Aleksandrs Vanags. The building has undergone a full reconstruction in 2018 - the facade is renovated, apartments arecompletely re-planned, all engineering communications have been replaced and a new elevator has been reinstalled. There are only 9 apartments in the building. Only high-quality materials are used in the decoration of the apartments: solid oak parquet; doors, window sills and skirting boards made in a professional carpentry company; three-pane wooden windows; Czech cast iron radiators. 

The building has a great location, which allows you to reach the Old Town, the Latvian National Opera and Ballet, the cinema and the main city shopping centers in 7-10 minutes.
